HRE has a flat rate ADA Assessment and Business Plan. Our People Professionals will interview the employee who is making the claim of disability. We will determine if they are in fact covered under the ADA Act. If so, we will perform an assessment of the accommodations that need to be created in workplace in order to be compliant. Additionally, we will draft a business plan that will satisfy all statutory requirements.
